The fact that we don't support gameboot creation/distribution is nothing new although the automatic one-week ban is relatively recent. This was done because too many members were attempting to circumvent them by hiding the fact that they were distributing or editing posts long after the fact.
In this case, skyfox had been warned previously at least once with the Glass release. He also had ample time and my personal ear if there was clarification needed.
As much as I like their work, we can't very well make special cases for certain members and, as a team release, he's responsible for it as the thread starter. At the end of the day, the gameboot is a simple thing to omit and there would be no problems with the release here if it was posted properly.
It would be a shame if it's decided that Inacor will be skipping this site when releasing things but that's up to them. PM me if you have something to add; otherwise, let's get back to the real topic.. please and thanks.

This release is still in limbo, I'm not in a position at the moment to upload the theme in the proper way nor have I received permission to do so (with respect to the authors).
I hope to have things rectified soon.

Just updated to 3.52M33-3 and got these theme. It is the most amazingly beautiful and awesome thing that I have ever seen in my whole entire life. Awesome, awesome, awesomeeeee job!

I'm a bit confused with this theme. It's somewhat conflicting, like it's trapped between OS X Tiger and Leopard. The Leopard background is used, yet the Tiger title bar is used (even though it's made transparent like Leopard's [seems very awkward to me]). The Leopard dock image is used and the icons are reflected, yet the Tiger system preferences icon is used and the icons are way too small for the dock size and an old iTunes icon is being used.
Other than those little conflicts of idea, everything seems perfect. If you need anything like the Leopard System Preferences icon or some Leopard screenshots just ask. :)

any1 here know how to access USB icon in setting, under SETTING, there is no name for icon, i dont know where is USB icon..(applecor theme)
All the way to the left, the 2nd icon down. It's an arrow pointing to the right.
i press all the icon under SETTING..nothing happen except the last icon down, it says AD HOC MODE..

I don't quite understand the question. Are you asking if you should be able to access all the settings options? If so, yes you should be able to access everything normally. Are you getting an error of some sort?
