Custom PSP Backgrounds SUBMISSIONS Thread

If someone could be so kind as to make me a background with either an M733 or an M4A1 showing one of the sides (just something plain) :).

this is a bit off topic - but would you happen to know how to take a screen shot of a video being played in divx? - a way other than 'print screen'

IrfanView, you can take multible screen shots or gust 1 window, workd on games 2. for a video use CyberLink PowerDVD, the screen capture is so much better beacuse it just captures the vid nothink else and you can set the size to psp size. saves mucking aroud.

Not bad... I like the shadowing and the text/text style. But the overrall resolution/picture of the rifle looks somewhat fuzzy.

Once again, nice background, but we need to shy away from using 1.5 backgrounds. Convert it to 2.0 from now on.

it seems that I missed something. Can someone explain what the difference between 1.5 and 2.0 backgrounds is all about?

Sorry if I did anything wrong...Using 1.5 over here.... that's why I'm not informed about changes in 2.0. :(

1.5 backgrounds have a maximum width and height lower than that of the 2.0 PSP's, thus 2.0 backgrounds (formated for 2.0's) are too big for 1.5 and thus they need their own section.

So in essence, 2.0 backgrounds are formated so that they are larger than 1.5 (thus giving more quality in backgrounds), while 1.5 has a max resolution of around 300x150, thus not as high quality

Here's one i made a while back (like 2 months now) to celebrate Daxter coming to the PSP. (Looks GREAT on PSPs screen)

Thanks I edditted my post with 3 more I did a while ago (basically I was cleaning up my HD and I found my old wallpapers directory :-P)

I made them in sort of a year thing so that each months special day has a sort of picture to it. Like valintines day for the pink one and christmas with the tree ^^.

Could someone make a custom wallpaper for me. Like how captfuffy did for magneto...but instead for the name. have it saying

I got bored at 1 am and drew this. Looks pretty gnarly on the PSPs screen!
I might add to it later, maybe throw some mountains in the background or something.
