Why? Because the majority of users have a 2.0 or higher firmware. There are still 1.5 users like myself, and if someone with a 1.5 makes a background and uploads it, then gets told to make a background that person can't use. I'd be nice to encourge the upload of both.

you know, you can resize from the bigger one to the smaller one and it will look great
but if you resize from smaller to bigger then it will look like crap :p

Nice, sonic and soundgarden, maybe a sonic game with a soundgarded soudtrack would be sweet... the tutoriel level would be kickstand

BTW a good way to put these backgrounds on your psp (version 1.5) is using flashmod flashmod 3.0 is coming out soon all u do is rename all the pictures as 01.bmp, 02.bmp, etc.

... and put them in the root of ur memory card

not sure what you need for flashmod (dimensions/format)
so heres a 480x272 .jpg | and a 300x170 .bmp
you may have to change the format to your liking . . . .
