this theme has wird navigation in XMB,when go down/up i see selected subicons, when i go right or left- see selected direct icons
Will be nice to change this navigation..like invert?
If you had read the title of the theme, you would have known that the theme was intended to be like that.Originally Posted by Diabelski_Chojrak

Thank you and I'm glad you all like it. Except Chuck67. Soz, mate. :/ heh...
Looks pretty good. It'd be pretty cool if you could have the icons static so it wouldn't actually look like an XMB.
Huh? Static means "not moving", and this xmb doesn't really move... :x
Wonderful theme, amazing concept too. One of the few original works out now :)
BTW: Anyone have a CTF with the ten second gameboot compatibility?

No, the icons still move. Just thought it'd be cool to have an XMB that had a box that moved around the icons to choose them instead. Sort of like how irShell works.
This theme isnt for me, really didnt want to get used to it.
Basically im only used to navigation that isnt so complex. Sorry.

anyone wanna help?
The CTF works fine, but when I try to install it into flash0, I get a semi-brick. Anyone know why?
SchmilK just redid the flash0 version and it has been confirmed working by those at Consolespot. I upped that version here. Try redownloading.
Ok, so im new to 3.90 (Yes its M33 but its still 3.90), and therefor new to themes like this. Because i think CTF is the file you put in X:\PSP\THEME, right? Well i've done it and it wont work. And i tried the CTF now because I tried to switch to Clear XMB Black in flash0 but it wouldnt work. I replaced all files but i still got "disk full" when the transferring had not eaven gone half the way. I know, its weird. And therefor i dont want to mess with Flash0 no more now.
Could someone please help me with Flash0 or this CTF-thingie.
I'm not that big of a noob since i know what this is about and i have been quite into it when i was on 3.52 M33. Flashing XMB-themes in Flash0, i mean.
First you need to install the plugin "CXMB 3.1" (do a search, you'll find it easily)Originally Posted by VickeX
Activate it in the recovery, and lastly place the CTF in the themes folder.
That's the very summarized version of how to do it. but following instructions from the CXMB plugin will help.
good lucks ^^
And thank youuuu. :)Originally Posted by jx1
Works like a... something. Great theme. 5/5!
To bad though that i cant flash flash0 because theres a problem with the umd-update text in the game category (which i suppose people have mentioned that before, and i suppose its not there in the flash0 version of this?) thats irritating me a bit.
Great inovative idea!
I'm just getting my head around custom themes (CTFs specifically) for the first time. I've got the pluging working and loading the CTFs themselves fine, but I can't seem to get the 'backgrounds' working. most CTFs I've seen come with a seperate 'wallpaper' or 'wallpapers' folder, but not folder structure to say where they go. since most of these folders contain aroun 8 images, I assume that the theme is meant to automatically switch backgrounds depending on which part of the XMB you are in (ie: game, music, photo, video, etc). The only solution I have found so far is to create a seperate folder under the 'pictures' folder (ie: "ms0:\PICTURE\Sidedoc k" for example) as I would not be able to have access to multiple themes if I put them all the images in a single 'wallpaper' folder, but of course, you can only select one wallpaper manually at a time. Can someone let me know if there is a way to make use of ALL of the wallpapers provided, what the folder structure is required, and if I need to make any other modifications to make it work.
I may get off my arse and do a PSAR dump so I can use CXMB FULL in the near future, but it looks rather complicated.
Regarding wallpapers, some of the new CTF's have them built-in (Thery're in the CTF), the old ones just had the wallpapers stored with the CTF. Just put the wallpapers in /PSP/PHOTO, browse to them on the XMB and set as wallpaper. CXMB Full is only necessary to make your own CTFs.

OK, so basically, you simply choose one of the images provided in the 'wallpaper' folder with the CTF and manually set it as your background. Cool. I'll create seperate sub-folders i'n PHOTO' to mainatain discrete themes (or I could always put em in one folder and come up with a consistent naming convention so I know what pic applies to what theme.
Looks like I was overcomplicating things, thanks.
could i use the theme but without the fond file?
You mean the Font?Originally Posted by Rytech
you could, but you would have to use the F0 version, and no the CTF.
Also, bare in mind the font you may want to use will make things look too small or too big.
but it can be done ^^
last time i installed a theme, it changed the MHF2 font, so i dont risk changing all these flash0 file,s especially since i dont have a pandora
