Byte for byte it seems bad.
I take a 100 meg video, that looks great on my monitor, and convert it to a screen that's not a 10th of the size (psp), i downgrade the audio all the way, and half the framerate.
After all that, in order to get a picture that doesn't look pixelated and crappy I need about 40 or 50 megs to make it look good.
that seems pretty crappy to me.
Am I the only one who feels that way?
maybe I'm using bad settings?
