Well, I got V4 and tried going into the registry in the flash and deleted the 2 files, then I replaced them with the registry files on my ms0. I restarted, and got that weird blue screen with a bunch of english and japanese letters. After that, i had to reselect my settings like language and whatnot. I've had to do this for quite a few times. What am I doing wrong?

each time you get the blue screen you will have to start at the beginging and to reedited the system.dreg to read the fonts from your memory stick folder ms0:/fontmod and patch the two system folder with the fixupreg3.exe make sure you edited the line in system.dreg "flash0:/font" to "ms0:/fontmod" also make sure you have the correct font files in ms0:/fontmod

Inside the registry folder in ms0 are just the 2 reg files for replacing in flash1.

woooow i see whta you've done wrong now you only have one font file in your fontmod folder you will need ll of the fonts. im uploading them now

That's weird. I used the font converter and it only produces one ltn0.pgf file.

Not really...you only need ltn0.pgf (remember me? I made this thread ;))

You dont put the registry folder in the root, put it back where you got it from.

no no no no he has only got the main font the psp loads different fonts and he only has one font in the folder you have converted it alright you jsut need the rest of the files for it to work. here put these in your font mod folder and swap the ltn0.pgf for the one you converted and it should work

I know. And I do. Using file assistant, I replace the ones in flash1 with the ones in the registry folder in my root. I keep them in my root for easy access and in case it messes up (which is usually does)

ok i have every thing the fontmod edit thing in winhex and the fondmod folder full of the fonts and i over written mine i used the sysem.dreg patch thing
well put it this way
IVE DONE ALL THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND IT TURED BULE FOR THE 100th time what am i doing wrong

can you take a picture of your fontmod folder please and have you recopyied the system.dreg and system.ireg back to flash1/registry

Is there a way to put a shadow on a font?? I have tried most of the fonts on this thread but they dont have shadows and without a shadow I cant load my savedata.
