Did you use the new icon maker package I made today/yesterday?

I changed all 6 icons, the data folder is exactly the way you had it from the download which I downloaded about 4-5 hours ago TOPS. I know I asked before but u could maybe please sign on AIM so I can solve this ASAP, so I can stop clogging the board with help requests and start posting working icons.

when ever i ru n start.cmd (even after restarting my computer or if its the first run) it says "another program is using the file" and wont run. HELP!!!

can someone please tell me how i can flash my icons with the newest x flash. thanks

Just re-download the newest icon package.

It includes the fixed .dat files that zmathue made.

ok so I got my six icons made but it keeps telling me they are too big. same size 64x64 and 5.05kb. whats wrong?

ok iv been trying to make a topmenu plugin for a while now the the program will not let me make it every time i click creat it tell me sumting about another program is using this file so wtf do i do this program so far is more trouble then its worth id like to make my own top menu and has anyone else had this problem help me please help

Just wondering, in the 3.xx+ topmenu_plugin.rco already has RSS Channel Settings, why have to replace it with an icon that is crappier than the original?

That one? I only see 6 icon spaces...:( OR are the icons already embedded?

I have a little problem with 2 of my icons. I have save them in photoshop because when save in paint they look realy ugly. Buth when i save in photoshop they are 4.50kb so i make a topmenu and they look realy weird on xmb. Can anyone fix the 2 icons for me and upload again ? Please not in paint then the maps are realy ugly. Thnxx

Does anyone have anything that can allow me to keep all icons? I cant find a single thing (program or download) that allows me to keep them all. (including the ORIGINAL icons)

use my fixed kon and zac .dat files with kgsws's app for the fixed sub icons and a while back I posted the 6 original icons

Download the icon hack package on the first page of this thread again, that pack has update files which replace the submenu icons, but those still not fully finish, but it does looks like original =], only problem is they dont glow and have shadow yet.

i download the win. version, it replaces the 6 main menu icons only..

what i want is to replace other submenu icons. here is my hex version. but i can not get rest of icons. i want to replace all others ;(

that wont ever happen because we cant see the origional shadows and we would have to rplace other shadows/glow with them

I'm having a problem, it says "Icon #2 is too big" I don't know what to do...

For all the Akuma - Ryu fans, here goes a few hours worth of boredom :D hope you guys like it, it's Puzzle Fighter Ryu and Akuma icons, and I included a background as well, for my first time doing this I rather like 'em.

hey guys i need some help here im trying to make my own customs but i keep getting an error at the end saying my icon #1 is too large! in the end of the process any ideas on what it could be? im not a noob everything is correct for the most part size transparency just that one stupid error

I was just saying this too, cept I get it with image #2 and it doesn't matter if I switch 1 and 2 it's always #2 is too big blah blah... any pointers?

As I have stated a couple of times before...

If you have the correct size and format etc and still get the "image too large" error you have to change your palette to the Windows palette.

So if you have chosen Local Adaptive in Photoshop or whatever, you have to switch it back to the Windows Palette.

yea i switched mine also to see if it was my pics but i get the same error. its gotta be something els. some one here know come on guys.

Or its really is too big and you didn't follow the specifications listed in the first post.
