there are only two types of RCOs
1.50 and 2.50/3.xx rcos
As long as you get the 2.50/3.xx rcos you should be able to use it on OE firmwares
I'm using a custom rco on OE-C

I tried converting them to 64x64 8bit and stuff, but when I run the .bat, all it seems to do is move the base .rco to where these bitmaps were...
EDIT: nvm i bricked my psp trying to do it lol. thank god for recovery :D
