Problems:
1. alignment of the all the settings icon
2. need to replace the amarok icon with something that actually has something to do with videos...
3. USB and Camera Icons suck
4. need good system settings, LocationFree, and Saved Data utility Icon.
5. need to clean up the edges to almost all of the icons...

I'm testing it right now.
You can technically change the UMD, UMD update, Network Update, and Memory Stick icons but i have no idea how to produce a valid file. It won't cause a brick its just that the icons will disappear which is not acceptable.
Then I have to deal with incorrect .dat sizes, explaining what certain errors mean, using external files (which is a bad habit in creating a program I think),
I believe zmathue's program is going to make the pointers (the things the direct the firmware to the icons within the file.) dynamically so you would have a little more freedom in what icons you can use.
I think that is a good idea and I wish I was capable of doing that... :(
Right now though the program is a little complicated to use. I'm trying to simplify the whole process.
This is most likely just going to be a linux binary release. Everyone else will probably be using zmathue's program on Windows. It might work on a Mac but I don't have access to one so I wouldn't know for sure.

I used that txt file as a basis for my research. It should have worked.

The iPhone icons are awesome, its just the positions of each icon are out of place, I've fixed the icon position for my personal use, now its perfectly line up =]

I think overall 3.03 OE-C will end up being the better choice for me. With the other few problems I have had with 3.10 OE-A, it may just be worth it to geo back to 3.03 OE-C. I'll play around a little longer though.Zitat:

Well my customizer is only for *Unix systems. It might even work for mac. I don't know.
I'll release it soon. I just have to put the finishing touches on the readme.txt and make sure all the files are in order.
