Vulpix, I think you should update the first page with all of the info such as color locations, speed locations, number of waves locations, etc.
So that it will be all nice and neat in 1 post.

if you want to make a ps3 wave it would probably be easiest to make it out of nevadas wave -duality i think it looks the closest out of any the waves just need to be closer together if its possible

They look like RGB values to me. If you start at offset 1E3F, then in your pic you're editing each 3rd value (which would give you a deeper shade of blue, depending on how many you changed).
