Unfortunately, no. D;
It's a really quick site, I think a gallery-format site will be better. I might work on it tomorrow a bit; don't worry, you won't have to re-upload the stuff. Well, you might, if you want to add descriptions. D;

hehe that cool i dont mind.. ill keep an eye on as i will prolly make a bunch more waves tonight cause i have nothing else to do. im working on making a cool pattern instead of the same old thing just a different color. hey i got all thoes waves screenshots on a photo bucket accouct you could just link em like you did that one

yeah i have been making my own waves (with crap results) so i wanted to modify his one, but copying the deflate file over and checking its exactly the same size it STILL wont compile to the correct size where as any other works fine. i can only assume the decompile does something wrong somewhere because it only does it with that one decompiled file. im gonna go try it on another one i have previously made.

*EDIT* ok final result - he MUST have protected his file somehow because its the only one that wont properly compile despite being the same size deflated.
im not amused - i really wanted to make a personalised version of it but now i cant. so hell with it im off to bed.

Yeah, I linked a few of them, but it would be WAY too much trouble to keep up with it. I need a program that can have a file with a thumbnail... ><

hmm.. can you make a spot to put a url into when you upload something so it will automatically add it?

Ahha! He hexxed his final rco and added a bunch of null data at the end, so it wont be too small (Is there a filesize limit (smaller or bigger?)?).

Because the edited wave had more repetitive data, it compressed into a smaller size.

the problem with the wave was at offset 1adc to 1ae0 - a couple of bytes were messed up and was causing the color to be messed. anyway find attached a colred version of the file you sent with the fix - it doesnt look as big but it can be colored now. i had to rar and zip the file because my screeny attachment is almost over my allowance.

the file has to have an exact size i think its 40.8 k. the size its compiling to is 40.5k.

this might be a little hard to see but its alot better smoke effect then the other one at least i think so. its dark on my moniter but looks good on the psp.. no color yet hehe

charge ur psp battery to full, boot psp and unplug and replug in charger and when the battery icon in top right blinks, the backround changes green->blue->green->blue

Thanks, but I wanteed that wave because it looks like it only has two waves. Anyway, can you decreese the ammount of waves? I ask because I am attempting to make a wave that looks like this

Done.

I just made a little readme for how to deflate normal RCO's:
How to deflate.

1. open system_plugin_bg.rco
2. go to offset decimal: 1964 (hex 0x000007AC)
3. delete all before that
4. go to offset decimal: 39393 (hex 0x000099E1)
5. delete all after that
6. save file
7. run icon-coder -d < inputfilename.bin > inputfilename-deflate.bin
8. done

This only works if the part 2 that was put it was of a normal length. The color changing one was not of normal length, but some attention to little details made it possible for me to deflate it.

I was thinking if someone could make the opening wave identical to the XMB wave. For example, after the Sony Computer Entertainment presentation, the boot wave opens up to the real XMB wave, then blinks to the one that's custom-flashed. Is there any way so that we can make that wave identical to the custom one?

I created a simple, ad-less, psp-oriented file hosting site for all of you to use because I am so sick of the popups and adds and such I get when going to your hosting links.
So far, 25MB size limit, which I will probably expand if it gets to be too little, file description field, ability to have the link emailed to you, top downloads, etc. I think it's pretty nifty, I don't know about you.
