Lol, same here. The only game I play is Final Fantasy VII and IX on my psp, lol. But mostly I just customize.....

All I use my psp for now is customization and psx games as well.
Finished FF7 and LoD so now I'm on FF9.

just rename it... if u not familiar with windows, u need to change folder setting,
go to tools---->folder option--->view and uncheck the "hide extension for known filetype"

-rename your png image to .bmp

I can never seem to get the hi-res wallpaper to work. :p

maybe your 01-12.bmp is bigger than 150KB or u seem to use 8bit background format... it will not work in 8bit background format. u need to use 24bit format (for png or bmp)...

Or you could just save it as a jpg, it works perfectly fine. Just rename to 01-12.bmp.

i've come close...just gotta get rid of that white background :( any ideas? i tryed magic stick then fill with black but yea that didnt work :(

Just use Photoshop.....or GIMP

Ive been watching these for a while and this is the set of icons that got me to downgrade to 3.03 oe again they are great

have your icon open, save as BMP, then a dialog box comes up select 32 bit. reopen the icon you just saved and go to Image>Mode>Indexed Color my settings are Palette: Local (Selective), Colors: 256 , Forced Black and White, and Transparency checked. then click ok. then go to save as again, make sure BMP is selected as the picture format. after you save that BMP dialog box shows up again and the only option is 8 bit but thats ok it still looks high res. and there your done.

^^thats what happens to me but i dont want it to "look" hi res i want it to be hi res cause if not it will cause problems when trying to use a hi res 1-12.bmp
