yes perfect... nobody said anything about "releasing it" :). i have a few themes that people share with me and dont publiclly release and i never share them . plus i dont even post my xmb's in here cuz of the lack of originality/inspiration as of late. but yours is great , reminds me of the one im using now exept its not a vector. either way great job :)
i really like the use of scanlines and inner glow/shadow. nice touch
9.5/10 the shadows look wierd :/ it messes it up for me
lol, which shadows.. ill fix it if u tell me which ones
the volume bar shadows are too bright, :( it looks like a light instead. and the configuration sub-icons' shadows are fine but they seem off-position

You have to be premium first, then it costs 300k to become a 300k member (makes sense) and you get special privileges (bigger avatar, locking threads, etc.).
BTW, how do you get the top and bottom submenu icons not to show up evolve?

To make no icons use a 64x64 black alpha layer bmp and put it in rco icon editor and it will show up as transparent on the psp... so no icon. There is nothing there yet because I'm still working on the icons ;)
