They're 68-bit actually. And no it will never be released because of some small side-affects it has....brain tumors and anal leakage.
It's a small bug in the paf.prx that causes it.

the text gets blurry for some reason but it shouldnt... but i think why... il fix it before i release it

Get custom firmware, that's the only way to use these themes.
Good luck on finding these themes in bulk, 99% are released in this section.

is there any one specific firmware that is preferred or a better yet a thread i can goto to discuss this more without hijacking
I'd go to 3.71 M33-3 as most themes are now either being made for that firmware or are being ported.
