What ROM do you have was a pain to find?

Does anybody have ROMS that were it must not exist but when you find it and it works and you become so happy. do any of you have a story like that? for me DBZ Legendary Super Warriors took me a few weeks of searching to find.

Nope, i downloaded a pack that had every snes rom ever made, ones from europe, japan , and america, and even some user created ones.

the rom i had the hardest time finding has nothing to do with the psp but it has still hard to find.
that rom was samurai spirits zero special

Ive yet to find a rom that was hard to find...but I guess I could count the first rom ive ever gotten cuz thats when i found the site... It was BaseWars.

I agree It took me a week to find Fire Emblem 4 + 80% translation.

I havent even attempted to find a good Fire Emblem 5 translation.

But the worse cause I don't think it exists was trying to find a damn Tactics Ogre translation patch. Man that was a waste of time looking for that.. Really with I could find it though cause I love tactics games.

Thanks to the world's greatest P2P, the "Hard to find Rom" thing, not really an issue. I have 30,000 roms and it really wasn't particularly hard to find any of them.

Now, if your talking Isos, that's a different story, specifically Playstation and Playstation 2. It took me quite a long time to get my hands a hold of 007 Bond Racing, Star Wars Demolition, and Apacalypse. And for Ps2, some rare imports like Die Hard Vendetta and Alone In the Dark 4. And, a game I still haven't managed to get. A Full DVD Ps2 version of Charlie's Angels (released on Gamecube in U.S., extremely rare on Ps2). I've only been able to get a DVDrip of this game (Movies, CG, cutscenes deleted). I hate DVDrips.

And then of course there are several Playstation games that you'll never find. At least not on the internet and not using P2P. EBay, maybe. Or possibly the flee market.

I completely agree. I've never looked longer than a minute for a ROM. ISOs can be very tricky, though. Maybe in the future technology will make it so that they are ISO sites like there are ROM sites.

I had to search forever to find mlbpa baseball and adventures of dr. franken for snes. Now that I've found a website with every snes/nes/genesis etc. rom, I don't have to worry about that anymore

The only illegally downloaded games that are relatively hard to find are ISOs... mainly because of their size... unless you know where to get them, that is.

Yea the name of the Game is Doubtsou No Mori, i have this awesome site that has Every Rom ever made with the exception of ISO's because there too big.

depends like i got 10,785 nes roms, 2523 snes roms and 286 n64 roms
From this website, of course all it had was trackers for bittorent. Anyways, dont try to use google for roms.

Yeah Ive had trouble finding ISOs not really Roms... but yeh, I guess back in the day I remember trying to damn hard to find Spider-Man: Lethal Foes... It wasnt released in America and I really wanted to try it out. found it after I dont know how long. :humped:

The roms that were hardest for me to find were the Sonic & Knuckles + Sonic, + Sonic 2, + Sonic 3 (you know so you can use Knuckles in the other games, and in the case of the first Sonic play the "Get Blue Spheres" Bonus mode indefinently).
