Your dream ROM

If you could have any emulator with any ROM, what would it be? Regardless of whether or not it could happen.

technically, it would b an iso, since its a disc, but i get the point. my favorite would be N64 and goldeneye or mariokart 64

as far as psp emus go I would love to see a cps2/neogeo emulator like kawaks or neoragex. but I know it is highly unlikely unless someone figures out how to use the MS as virtual memory.
just general emulation I'd like to see atomiswave niomi & cps3 emulation. and dreamcast emulation perfected.
