Just downloaded a rar file of 980 NES games. Will the newest NES emulator accept these? If so do I just put the file into the folder or what.

AFAIK, NesterJ only supports zipped files.Zitat:

I have them in a rar file. What it is, is 780 different zip files one for each ROM.
I tried opening winzip and putting all the individual zips of the roms into one big zip but when I try to load it in NES it says fatal load error or something...
get winzip or whatever you have and go to add and add your file...
Do any of them support RAR'd files, or do I have to use ZIP files? Also, are there any other Emus that run zipped files?
