ive played metal slug on my psp with neo geo cd. i wanna play the regular neo geo versions. can somebody give me an answer so i dont hav eto spend hours testing

There is no NeoGeo emulator for the PSP at the moment, only NeoGeoCD and NeoGeo Pocket.

Because neogeo MVS roms are almost all larger than 24 MB in size and must be loaded into memory prior to emulation. Neo CD games are designed to be streamed from a disc in small parts, which is why devices with small amounts of memory (psp, ps2, dc, gp32) usually see a port of a NeoCD emu.

you can't. on PSP anyways. if you want to emulate it on PC then I suggest the Final Burn Alpha emulator

And don't ask for roms or links to roms. big no-no bud.

what is the most recent metal slug i can play on psp and the emu i need to do it i downloaded the newest one but there were like 10 diff ones when i oppened it and i didnt know which one to use there was like capcom namco and all

I think Metal SLug 2 was the last one released on NeoGeo CD. I still think you are talking about MVS ROMS and not NeoCD ISOS. there is a difference and you CAN NOT play MVS/AES ROMS on PSP.
