Are they any 3D games for neo geo CD?

Whats up, um it depends what you mean on 3D. Like full 3D ex:Final Fantasy, Mario 64 stuff. NO

Games that are really 2D but are close to 3D include the King Of Fighters Series. Which stops at 1999, due to unsucessful sales of the Neogeo console and its Cds. I have King of Fighters 98 and 99. 98 is the best one IMO.
If you are using 1.5 and want to enjoy the web browser, then upgrade and download fanjita's 2.0 Eboot Loader which can run Neogeo CD V.01, which is the first release, however runs neogeo Cd games at full speed. Good Luck.

um the newest NeoGeoCD (v0.5u4) works perfectly on loader 0.8.5 and is SO much better than version 1.0

The neogeo is a 16bit machine at heart, any "3D" games on the machine are usually just isometric, in the same way that the megadrive/genesis had so called "3D games".

Can original games, like cds i actually have be ripped into roms? Because i cant find roms anywhere..... :-(

Yeah Neo Geo is old-skool hardware but runs some pretty hefty ROMs anything up to 330 megabits if I recall. (Max on the SNES was 48 megabit I think - Tales of Phantasia?)

Has nowhere near the power to run 3D games though.
