Sorry if this has been asked before, but do any type of old console ROM work with the PSP Emulators? So there are no PSP-configured ROMS out there, but just the mass of ROMS in general, correct? So any ROM can work with the PSP emulator of choice.

Yes the roms that work on PC emulators work on PSP. There is no PSP formatted roms.
