Does anyone have this GBC rom and use it? (NOT ASKING FOR IT) If you do are there 2 versions of Mario on there the new one and the oringinal?

There is this CHALLENGE mode where you are suppose to find 3 coins once you clear that level along with VS mode. I wouldn't recommend this rom since it's incomplete in a way that GBC screen doesn't cover horizontally wider original Super Mario game.

Try either perfect port of NES rom or Super Mario World:The Legend Continues for SNES for more challenge (it's a completely different game)

I don't quite understand what you mean by 'new verion'. However, if you are looking for a complete version of Super Mario, then get the NES version.

Yeah, I know. I found out about it pretty recently also.
It's like a souped-up version of Super Mario World with COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVELS and it's HARDER compare to its original counterpart.

Holy crap. Never knew about that one. Maybe b/c it is a mod from FuSoYo:Zero-G by looking at the pic?

SMB Deluxe does a poor job of porting the SNES version in Super Mario Allstars. Yes it does include the Super Mario Bros. 2 Japan, after you beat the game, but not all of the levels are there like in Allstars. Your best bet is to play Allstars using the latest version of Snes9x TYL version. It plays very well. Here's a list of games in Super Mario Allstars:

Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA)
Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japan)
Super Mario Bros.3

All games have enhanced graphics from their NES versions.

Yeah its just a hack of the rom, there are tons of 'em for super mario world. A lot of them are fun but so unbelievably IMPOSSIBLE to do. I do mean IMPOSSIBLE.

SMB deluxe was a brilliant game, it had alot of stuff like racing the ghost boo, and the lost levels after you got a certain amount of points.
