yeah have you tried the non y version of the snes emulator?

That seems to be the only way I could get it to work over here.

It runs great for me on the new SNES9x Y13 emulator...dont know why it doesnt for anyone else...

Runs pretty nice for me on SNES 0.02y13

Here's my settings, for reference.

Frameskip: 4
Screensize: 4:3
Sound Rate: 22kHz
Transparency: On (turning it off boosts gameplay enough to bring frameskip down to 3, but you loose some effects)
Graphic Speed: x1.5
Sound Speed: x1.7
PSP Clock: 333MHz

Note that a few of these settings are only in the Y releases of the snes emu.
