when the hack came out for the swap cards, it worked but now that the version without the swapping came out, i can't get super mario all stars to work. same with sunset riders. anyone know why?

What version of the emulator are u running?

Mario All Stars only works with version 0.03 of SNES9X, it will not work witht the Y versions.

uo_Snes9x v0.02 y13 Test Released

thanks brain_stew. i'll probably change back the emu. is there a difference if i change them? other than being able to play mario?

just wanted to know what's the difference between the 2 emulators though.

the 0.03 release is the official version, while "y's" 0.02y13 is a modified version of the official 0.02 official version. Therefore it is much older, but has more features than the official versions. 0.03 has more support, however since the source code has not been released, "y" cannot make a modified version.

btw due to the open source licence, arent they required to give out the source code? sorry if im wrong.

Hey i got mine to work u must got a curopt file or something i got all my mario to work even all star ect try getting another file of it
