That's a GameBoy Advance game, correct? Well, I tried to load one with PSP GBA but it doesn't even recognize it when I navigate to it's folder in my emulator. How can I load a ***.gba file?

yes .gba is the extension of gameboy advance games
try other games and or try putting the roms in different places (especially the PSPGBA folder with no %)

One of the GBA emulators require the ROM to be in the same folder as it and renamed "ROM" without the " ".The other can have the roms anywhere.
