Roms Legend/Codes

I looked for awhile and I can't find a definite answer

When looking at roms most have some letters or codes after the file name

I know:

[JUE] means the rom can be used everywhere (Japan - U.S. - Europe)

and

[!] means it a good rom

but there are others I don't know:

[F]
[PD]
[c]

...does anyone know what these all mean and any others I haven't seen yet?

if someone knows a site with all the answers that'd be helpful

I think PD stands for "Public Domain"
