i agree with you but i have to say that star ocean is way better than illusion of gaia. i played it for 5 hours straight last night

I could never get it to work, each time I put the rom file in the emulator, just a black screen appears, and nothing happens..... :mad:

Secret of Mana is my favorite game of all time. Excelent story, excellent gameplay, excellent charcters, excellent graphics. It will stay at the top of my list for many years to come, if not as long as I live. :Punk: Rock on!

Probably been mentioned, but:

Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2) was an awesome game. I remember playing it online with some of my friends, good times.

Star Ocean, best graphics on SNES, great gameplay too. (Need a eng patch though)

Breath of Fire 2, all around awesome-ness.

Tales of Phantasia ^^^ (Need a eng patch also)

Earthbound, battle system isn't all that great, but the storyline, gameplay and humour is this games strong points.

Live-a-Live, get this game, its definitely underated, but give it a chance. Its one of the most funnest games I've played. (Need a eng patch also)

Bahamut Lagoon, great tactics game.

Secret of Evermore, fun but pretty short action-rpg.
