Unhappy Running Mario Kart on SNES

Has anyone tried running Mario Kart on the Snes emulator and got it to run at a decent speed? I tried using the latest version of the emulator, but the game was impossibly slow... :/

I couldn't get Mario Kart to work either, not because it was slow, but because it was buggy. None of the other racers were showing up on the tracks.

I had the same problem. I tried both the "Y" emulator and the official emulator, but both had the same problem.

I have it working with the latest emulator, All the drivers appear I run frameskip at 3 and 333 mhz it runs at normal speed, but I really do not like it with frameskip.

runs for me with y14 also, but not playable

no one so far has got mario kart to work, most cant even get it to run never mind run well
