Default The size of Neo Geo CD Roms

I'm wondering how big is a normal Neo Geo CD rom (Metal Slug in particular). I've found some that are 425 MB, and some others that are about 60 MB, but the ones that are 60 MB say "(ISO + mp3)", which leads me to believe that maybe the 60 MB ones aren't the full game. If anyone has Metal Slug 1 or 2, can you please tell me about how big the game is.

The ones that are small have the music(which was most of the CD) ripped as MP3 instead of in the image, they are still the full game. The PSP emu supports the music as MP3 but it's picky(there was a thread on this already, use search).

It doesn't I was getting it confused. Anyway yea get a noaudio rom cause you can't use audio anyway; they will be very small because most of what was on the CD was audio.
