do i need speacial roms on my psp to play gba games, or can i jest download roms off a site, then download a gba emu. then start playing?? help.

roms are not psp specific. roms are simply exact copies of what is on the original game.
emulators are programs designed to use hardware for another purpous, almost trying to emulate another system.

emus = different on other systems/computers
roms = same all around

edit: the gba emus suck for the psp. also the gba is still selling games. you should support the developers.
