Default Street Fighter 2..

Its weird. I cant play any SFII games,for any Emulator . i have tried countless SFII Roms from sites for the Genesis and Super NES. And none of them work. They work on my emulators on the PC though. A handful made it to the Capcom Logo with the Capcom music then it gives an Error.Any one else have this problem?

I have SFII Turbo (SNES) and I can play it just fine.

If you can't get those to work, give the Turbografx-16 version of SF:CE a shot.

Thnx For the Suggestion i will try the Alpha Series. Although i Prefer the Genesis Street Fighter Games , If the SFA games work then that would do just fine. But its just odd how none of the Roms Work on the psp,Genesis And SNES

Alpha 2 is a good game, but it runs to slow for me (not the emulator's fault, it even seemed slow on the cartridge I played it on).

How is the speed of SFII on the TGfx emu? Right now, I can get some pretty much full speed with a couple slow downs with the SNES emu using 2frame skip, Fit screen, Transparency off, 22hz sound, and 333mhz cpu speed.

TG-16 = 2 buttons

Genesis = 3 buttons

SNES = 6 buttons

SFII = needs 6 buttons

hmmm...............

Or we COULD wait for a good CPS2 emulator instead and NOT play a stripped down SFA3 with ****ty scaled down sprites. Hell, with some precision updating, the PSP MAME port may even be able to get there first.

BTW, is that the real GBA SFA3 packaging? I remember this ad for SFA3 with that exact picture of Zangief, and clutched in his hand was a "Capcom" sign. I figured they did a cheap little edit and stuck the logo into his hand for the ad, but it's....still....present here. O_o Now he's just holding a big black block for no apparent reason?

Yea, that's the only problem I have with the TG-16 version.

Map the Select button to your R-trigger and it makes the game easier to play. You won't have to take your thumb off of the face buttons to switch modes.

Also, the Genesis had a 6 button controller (and IMO, it was better than the SNES pad).
