If you want commercial roms than your request falls in the illegal category and follows the following from the fourm policies (linked in my signature)

4) No Illegal Activity
Don't ask for ROMs, or other copyrighted material (SDK, Libraries, etc). Do not give the names of websites that host these files. Do not link to sites which sell modchips. Do not ask for someone to send you a PM with the link. Do not ask for an email with links. Additionally, we will not tolerate topics promoting or encouraging illegal activities (such as drug use, theft, vandalism, etc.) in order to protect our younger members.
