I believe Klax was released on the SNES (I know a Genesis version was made).

Also, I'd recommend the Adventure of Lolo games on the NES. They are more of a strategy game then puzzle, but they are awesome.

Another good game is Tetris Attack for the SNES.

I would recommend Tetris Battle Gaiden. It's classic Tetris, but with a couple of things added on. You play as one of eight characters, each with four different abilities that can be activated during a match and affect gameplay and every match is a two-player verus match. The game itself is a blast, the AI is excellent, and the overall difficulty is enough that one who has mastered Tetris won't get bored.

It's for SNES. It was never released in America, though.

I loved Tetris Attack (SNES), definately check this one out. It seems to run a little slow, but you can speed it up by playing with the settings.

Kinda fun when its slow, you can pull off 6x combos like nothin

tetris attack? so since the game wasnt released in US, is it still called tetris attack?

DR/ MARIO brings back ALOT of memories, because that was the first time my dad actually played a video game with me. He past away a few years ago, but i remember us having such a good time playing that game together.
i found all the mario bro roms, but just couldnt find dr. mario. when i get off work, the search will continue.

thx for all the help guys.

Breakthru! isn't half bad. It's a puzzle game by Tetris creator Alexey Pajitnov. There are many different colored blocks and you "click" on a selected tile to make connected titles of the same color dissapear (if memory serves me right). Try it anyway.
