I can't find them, does anyone know where to get them in english? Or does anyone know how to patch an ips to the SMS file?

well i might as well help. You need to get a ips patcher, that about it. Theres only 2 or 3 of them out there so you shouldnt have to much of a problem finding them.

How do I patch them with the IPS patcher? I already have an IPS patcher

oooooooooo well depending on what your using. If your using IPSWin 2.0 all you need to do is select the rom you want to patch on the top part, and then select the patch on the bottom part. Then click patch and wait. Its extremely easy if you have IPSWin 2.0

And you dont need to waste time translating 4 because you just need to find the american final fantasy 2

heres a quick way to patch, note though that this method does NOT permanently translate the rom,
anyway just d/l the patch file and the rom
unzip both of them and the rom should look like this:
ff2.smc and *****.ips (or somethin like that)
the rename the .ips file to exactly what the .smc is, put both in the same folder and it should translate the rom

Oooohh.... good news for me, it seems. Do patched ROMs then become one file transferable and playable to/on the PSP? I was going to patch some RPGs, but then thought the PSP Snes9x wouldn't recognize them.

Personally in my opinion, I like LunarIPS (I think it's called). Really straight forward, but I've only used it to use IPS patches with NES ROMs so far. Zitat von [email protected]

Next off, please dont ask where to get ROMS, I have 4 and 5 and they are in english just fine.
