turn on fast mode 7 in the hack/debug menu and you might see a little speed increase

I would like to play Final Fantasy 5.. But when i first tried it it didnt open the srm file (save) from the computer. When i tried 0.2c i managed to play ff5 with the save from the computer and now in the newer version i cant.. And the game is very slow, with sound problems.. I think it was the 0.3 emulator, when i was playing ff5, that ****ed up my left speaker of the psp.. because it was making a really strange noise, with a high frequency.

Sound works better at 44Khz for all games. Als it was said that turing on fast mode 7 in the hacks menu helps sometimes.

are you on 2.0??? if so thats your problem right there and another thing i don't know what your talking about ff5 having sound problems because i played it for a few hours and no problems at all and it wasn't slow...it might just be your rom ...just use save states to save.. heres what you do load 2.c and load your sram file then make a save state . then copy the states folder into the tyl 3 folder and the save state should work just fine

ive noticed with this release approx soft and accurate soft have a much bigger impact.
also turning on fast sprites seems to have some layering issues *put objects ontop of things that they shouldnt be, ie a treasure box on top of a person*. also as said before, the sound needs to always be 44Khz because thats what the media engine outputs as, its actually using MORE power to downsample it to 22khz.

i usually only play with psp accel+accu, or psp accel+approx. and then play with the frameskip, i keep the fast sprites off, and fast mode 7 on.

Add Pinball Fantasies and Pinball Dreams, 44khz, VSync off, PSP acc, Frameskip 0, FULL SPEED, no slowdown.... Do NOT set Auto or any other Frameskip, do NOT set VSync, in any case it will slow down dramatically

yeah but from what i've tested 22k makes some games run better

i already have chrono trigger working clear with 44k and my own settings it works just fine

i don't hear those noises , seriously i don't know what you guys are talking about i changed f-zero from 44k to 22k and the sound was the same but the game ran faster and that made it better to me...
