TONS of roms not working on NES emulator. Need help.
Hey I downloade a zip of 700 or so NES games. Unzipped them all into the rom folder but I guess all the file names aren't good, they aren't .NES files. Is there anyway I can change each filename extention without doing it one by one? They are all in individual zip files as well.. Keep getting fatal load error when I try to load em.

I'm guessing mini hit it on the nose on this one, I have gameboy roms that are zipped in the same way.
Pretty much all NES emulator rom's are .nes, I believe, so chances are you don't need to rename, there's just a step you're missing.
And yes, Winrar does recognize 7z.

I've got a collection of about 800 nes roms all of them are unzipped and with .nes extension. But not all them work, about 70% of the ones i've tested work just fine. The rest either freeze up the psp and then it shuts down after about 10 seconds and some give a gray screen and I have to quit out of the emulator using the home button. But I'm not complaining, I'm pretty stoked walking around with several classic consoles in my pocket
