How do i start a rom? Do I have to load the emulator first or what? I tried to load the emulator which is compatible to 2.5 but all i get is a black screen. I have a room in the folder psp/game/uo_snes9x_022y../snes roms/3dninja.smc

what is the problem?

I have version 2.5, im using Eloader is that the same as eboot loader? I have GTA. I'm having trouble loading the roms.

No, Eloader is another program, for 2.5 and above users, you must have GTA(which you do), and the GTA Eboot Loader. Just search in google for the same name or search for Fanjita's place, and you'll find it in his site, since he is the creator.
