Well, the SNES 9x TYL 0.3 Me is a good emulator, I can play the games in decent speed.

Any of the GBC and Nes Emulators are good

DGEN 1.20 is the best Sega Genesis Emulator out there.

Try them all out. Take the same rom and run it on different emu's for the same platform. There are countless threads, and even a sticky last goes into detail on what emu settings work best snes roms.
