Which emulator plays street fighter 3rd strike?

Erm. None at the moment as far as I know. MAME (not the PSP version) supports it but it doesn't run yet.

I figure id bump this up with the recent mame releases

any1 have any luck running this what so ever?

On the PSP? Not a chance in hell.

Street Fighter III runs on CPS-3 hardware which the PSP has no hope of emulating.
