Ok i found out that you could load a rom that is in a zipped compressed folder You can save space on your memory card by compressing the rom. try it outt!!!!!!!!!

Old news and some users have had issues with zipped ROMs.
Myself, I just plain-ol' uncompressed ones. Never had a problem with those.

Zipped ones can be a bit unstable sometimes and it's not that much space an uncompressed rom takes up.

It helps a lot for GBA. Zipped, some games are like 1/4 the unzipped size. But since the GBA emulator is a bit too slow for most games, it doesn't really matter yet, hehe. I have both zipped and unzipped ROMs for RIN, which saves a little space, and has no downsides, but I don't think any of my NES ROMs are zipped...

They aren't that big but if you have alot of different emulators and roms then the overall space saved by using compression can be alot, you would be surprised.

the space is not alot for the regular emu/rom users

Eh...I've been using zipped roms since...June of last year...why...I have 3 roms into one zip files and I'm still able to play all three of them...

yea, if every rom you had was reduced by half, think of the savings if you have 300mbs of roms

Yeah. The big one that zipped ROMs help for is GBA. 16 MB turned to around 4 MB...
