About two months ago I had found a program that lets me make my own roms for snes and gb. I found this app to be quite usefull in converting movies into a smaller format(lose a lil of quality) I have since bought a new puter and now do not know where to find the app. Can someone out there in their infinite wisdom please send me a link or point me in the right dirrection. I miss having the app, since it werks with all psp snes emu's. Someone please help me out.
