Default Emu/ROM Use

Alright, I just downloaded the Snes9x TYL v0.2c Super Nintendo SNES Emulator. Tell me what exactly I need to do to get this thing working. Here's what I've done so far; I made a folder called "SNES" in GAME, and I put the EBOOT and LOGO files in the SNES folder. Something will show up in the "Game - Memory Stick" section of the PSP menu, but it says "corrupted data". What am I doing wrong here?

Also, are the ROMS I need to use just the regular SMC files, like in the Snes9x for the computer? Is there any specific place I need to put them?

Yeah, noob questions. I know. I'm just getting into emulators now, and I don't quite have the hang of it yet.

EDIT: Before I forget, Iv'e got firmware 2.60. I don't know if that will make a difference...

Well, yeah, it makes a big difference. Since you've got 2.60, you can't load homebrew/emulators normally. You've gotta use the GTA exploit, with the eLoader. Hahahaha, I still prefer my 1.50, where I don't have to buy something to get something else. Check Fanjita's website, I'm not sure if SNES9xTYL is supported with eLoader or not.
