Does psp gba freeze alot on 1.5 like it does on Gta Exploit?

It ran perfectly for me (almost beat minish cap but switch to 2.0)

how can my psp play 8 v 8 online socom battles, and it cries when i try to play a GBA game?

Gba emulation hasn't been 100 % perfected on the psp yet. Games only run 40-85 %. Hopefully a good gba emu will come out soon. I think Miemt11 is still working on his emu. It's a little faster the PSP-Gba.
