Has ANYONE gotten this game to work right on TYL?! I`m using 0.2c and its pretty horrible. Suggestions?

Do u mean u have a 2.0 Firmware or u are using SNES9XTYL 0.2c

Try turning up the frameskip. It runs just fine for me.

if you are on 1.5 then use tyl 3..

do u have the new sx9tyl 0.3 or something like that use that it goes well with that and in that game i always get stuck in the ice stage

Yeah, your right I`m sorry. I meant TYL 0.2

And I REALLY don`t wanna use TYL 0.3 because its a pain to transfer all the roms and saves etc. No one got this to work on 0.2?

you don't have to transfer roms and savestates in 3 what are you talking about. i use all my saves from 2 on it and they all work just fine...and i just keep my roms stored in a folder in my game folder called"snes roms"

Nooo, you know the whole "copy/paste rom and save folder" and all that other bs that takes 15 minutes.

thats what hes saying, you dont have to copy/paste anything. you can still browse the roms in the same folder from anywhere on the psp. the rom list is really a file browser looking for zip and smc files.

btw mystic quest runs near perfect on about 1fs on 0.2 and 0fs on 0.3me

yeah thats what i'm saying .
and nick heres a tip thats real easy and you don't have to copy and paste.

open up the game folder on your psp's memory stick .
then right click on the snes folder and select explore. then drag your save ,config, and rom folders to your game folder.
delete your old snes folder.
put new tyl 3 on memory stick .
drag save,config and rom folders into new folder.
done!

Uhh, you sure we`re playing the same game here? I have it on 1 fs and its horrible. It stops and speeds up every other second. These are the settings I have it on:
Sound: ON
Frequency: 44khz
GFX Engine: PSP accel+accu soft
Frameskip: 1
Smoothing: on
Speed limit: on
Video sync: off
Gamma: 0
CPU Clock: 333mhz

EDIT: I also notice when I play my memory stick light is constantly blinking

okay guys if you want a second opinion let me get my rom dumper and dump the rom so i can see which settings work best....but first i gotta go find my mystic quest cartridge
