about psp iso files

first off, i dont know where exactly this should go so i put it here first..

secondly, im not asking where or how to obtain the iso of a certain game...

ok..
so on some games that i have recently tried to download, its not the iso of the game, it comes in 8-20 different files all around 19mb..

i do not know how to work with these files, i do however know how to work with iso's and the rest.

what im asking is what program (no links) or a tutorial or something that could show me what or how to use these files.
