I have a friend who's uses emulators, and is completely legal about it... Every ROM he has he owns the original. One time, I was round at his house, and he was saying that if he ever lost the originals then he'd just delete all his ROMs straight away for fear of being arrested, lmao...

Eventually, I ended up hiding all his game cartridges, and making it look like they'd been stolen; The idiot deleted all his ROMs and savegames on the spot! I told him what had happened, but only after I got home... I've not ever been mean to that friend since

I was in math class one day a long time ago and I pulled out the NES mario, with the volume about halfway. The room was kinda rambunctious at the time, but out of nowhere some preppy girl (go figure) stopped talking and went ".... Ok, WHO IS PLAYING MARIO?"

Then one day my youth minister started talking about Dig Dug, and so later on I showed him dig dug on my NES emulator.

In fact, when I first got my emulators back on 1.5 when they were more convenient to use and I could enjoy both my PSP and my homebrew to their fullest extent, My mom was really glad that I finally had a device that could play all of my favorite old games (despite the fact that she doesnt play anything higher than Pac-Man, she really understands gaming commerce well, and despises how Nintendo makes you buy the same thing over and over again).

so your mom doesnt care that you use your psp that sh bought you for 250 bucks to play old nintendo games that you could download and paly on the pc for free?

I don't care if I can play them on my PC. My computer is too big to take with me. I like the way the PSP can play all my nes, genesis, SNES, all those old computers that zx-81 made, soon to be n64 and all my music. To top it all off it fits in the palm of my hand... you can't beat that with a stick.

Im the same.. PSP hasnt given me many games worth trying to upgrade to and lose 1.50 I rather play all the sega, snes RPGs I missed when growing up playing other ones lol.

Right now, FF6 Handheld.. classic. =D

1. Can the GBA play PSP games, however limited they may be with certain versions of firmware

2. Does GBA have the same screen resolution and size as the GBA...i think not.

3. Does the GBA allow playability of music..i didnt think so either.

4. Does the GBA last as long as PSP, i doubt it, matter of fact, cant beat PSP's memory either, nor the backlight of the PSP.

So there....thats why we would use 250 dollars of a powerful handheld than a 40-50 dollar weak handheld.

most people that have a gba micro and a psp use the gba micro more as evidenc eby its sales and its beating both handhelds (the gba brand as awhole). they also use gba micro's playpan to view movies and such. the gba micro also I think has a better battery lfie and you can use it with alot smaller pockets.

a laptop is really easy to carry around and in addition to snes/nes etc. games you could play ps1 and to ane xtent ps2 and n64 roms for free, on top of this download for free pc pirated games and much better homebrew.
