i dont know if anyone else had this problem but on the SNESPSP_TYL Standard Version v0.4.2 emulator i played mario rpg...and in the bandits way area after the mushroom kingdom the game keeps crashing....mainly around the first goomba that i see....is there a way to fix this?

Your ROM is bad, the emulator has nothing to do with it.
Try downloading a different one.
