My PSP firmware history 2.01-->2.6-->1.5-->2.0 (in order to clean the flash)-->1.5 -->harleyg's custom firmware 0.2-->2.71 se-a (semi-brick installing se-b)-->1.5 via recovery-->2.71 se-b the iso loading monster

Change your setting to JPN or UK and you will see the blood. US settings get watered down.
