SNES TYL is the best SNES emulator, turn off sound, and put cpu clock at 333 and you'll be good.

The GBA emulator is slow, but it's being revamped by Slasher of these forums, be patient.

There's no good GBA emu's yet. The N64 emu is better than it.

the n64 scene is pretty hopeless as well. no way is 32 mb of ram gonna run any roms in playable speed, it just cant be done.

that at least is better than the dead GBA scene lol

the only possible way the psp could ever match the ds is with a fully working gba and n64 emu, which none of which will probably happen and ds will continue to reign.

I wish the new modchip would install more ram. That would be an added bonus, and would get alot of 1.5 users to get it.

I dont think there is a single computer or system that can emulate gba or n64 on 32 mb of ram.

I thought some pocket computers can emulate a GBA rom fairly well.

They can do it on 32mb of ram. No reason why the PSP can't.
Maybe you won't get the full frame rate, but it will be playable.

Why is it that the n64 is progressing so well and the gba is not
anyway the gba is about hlafway isnt it?
Surely it coudnt take too much to get it to speed?

Dude your such a pessamist, all you do is put things down and complain. I don't see you trying to get N64 emulation on the psp or any other thing for that matter.

I'm sure it could, but you are thinking of emulating it while booted into XP, so there is an incredible overhead.

even so those coders were alot more talented for pc emulation than current psp homebrew coders, and on top of it they had 5 yrs to work with (which took to make project 64) and they had alot of harddware modifications and setups to work with. n64 on psp will never be full speed or close to it.

Would you just shut up already. You never have anything positive to say about PSP homebrew when you know NOTHING about coding and NOTHING about the PSP's full capabilities. I'm tired of your constant BS and constant flaming of homebrew developers working for a cause. Just because you obviously hate the PSP and these forums doesn't mean you have to be such a **** all the time. Just leave. Get out. You're not wanted here and never have been.
