What does the percentage next to frame rate indicate? Is the FPS the actual frame rate and the percentage detailing what the emulated FPS are?

The FPS number is completely wrong (it's a bug in the original VBA code that zx ported). The percentage is supposed to be the % of fullspeed.

I dont think so cause psp's dont have enough speed to run it like a computer

ok here are my settings
Pokemon Fire Red
Use version 1.10
Sound: No (sound is terrible)
Frameskip. 5
Turbo. 1-2
cpu frequency. 333
arm tick average. 7-8
These setting still make it slow, but it mkaes it playable and a bit smoother.
