Unable to save in Phantasy Star IV for Genesis, help!
I'm running PSPGenesis 0.13 emulator. It runs fine and all but when I save in game (press start, save into slot 1), it says game saved. Then when I turn off the PSP and turn it back on, and go back to phantasy star 4, it wont let me continue, it just says "START" in the main screen, so I have to start all over again. Anyone have a solution? Damn I wish it had state save...
Also what does "SRAM Save" on the emulator do? Thanks.

when you start up the emulator, hit triangle, this will turn sram saving on. So now when you save at a save point in PS4 and shut it off, it will save it to the memory stick. Sram saving is the save file that a game recognizes to start back at a certain point, where a save state saves your game at that exact spot in the game. as far as i know no genesis emu supports save states, but i would love for someone to prove me wrong.

Make sure that you have enough room on your memory stick first. Although they are small files, not having any free space would definately keep your saves from happening. Also go into your PSPGen folder and create a folder named "Saves". I cant remember if it makes it on its own or you have have to. But try making the folder and hopefully that should help.
